No Worries Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to work one-on-one with clients in their homes in the Renton area. You will provide essential daily support to help clients live safely and independently, guided by individualized care plans.

We welcome both seasoned professionals and newcomers with a caring heart. A CNA or HCA credential is preferred, and we offer paid training, scheduling flexibility, and a supportive office team to help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related field experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client well-being.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
