No Worries Care Tacoma is seeking caring caregivers to help clients live safely and comfortably at home. You will provide one-on-one personal care, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with families and health professionals to deliver holistic care.

Immediate start available; flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for training and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.
