Home Care Aide

Provide one‑on‑one in‑home support to seniors and other clients, assisting with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, personal care, medication reminders, and errands.

Key Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No prior experience required; a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification is encouraged
• Dedication to professional development, including organized and state‑required training

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wages typical $13 per hour, variable by location, experience, and care plan
• Health care, paid time off, and cash bonuses
• New Hire Milestone Bonus: a $1,000 sign‑on bonus paid in eight increments. The total bonus is awarded after completing 1,000 work hours, with milestones reached within 18 months from the start date. The bonus is available for hires who start on 6/22/2026 or later, requires electronic visit verification, and excludes transfers or former employees returning after less than one year.
