Job summary

BrightStar Care is hiring Home Care Aides/Caregivers for day shifts in Wisconsin. Short-Shift Premiums of $20-$25 per hour and weekly pay are offered, with flexible schedules and benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off.

We value a compassionate, patient team player who can assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and monitor health changes. Weekend availability is a plus as we offer both part-time and full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• Some weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfers.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
