Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Lincoln is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide non-medical in-home support to seniors. You will help with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel within 25 miles. Training and certification via us are available, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1 year caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exempt.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes.
• Tailoring activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.
• Providing personal care, light housework, meal prep, shopping, errands, and companionship.
• Assisting with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.
• Treating each client with dignity and respect, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
