Job summary
Golden Years Home Care provides in-home senior care and is seeking compassionate caregivers in California. You will help ensure safety, health, and well-being for clients in their homes, and tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.
We offer competitive pay ($18-$20/hr), a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, plus bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts and flexible schedules. Full-time, part-time, on-call and weekend shifts available.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

- Shopping, errands, companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
