Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes in California. You will help with daily living activities, ensure safety, and tailor activities to each person's interests for meaningful engagement.
Requirements include 1 year caregiving experience, CA HCA certification (or to obtain through us), valid driver’s license, TB test, Live Scan, vaccination or exemption, and willingness to travel up to 25 miles.
Qualifications
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Must be 18+.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fully vaccinated or exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.

$100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr)
Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts
