Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is hiring caregivers to support clients in their own homes in California. You will provide personal care, help with daily activities, and promote safety and wellbeing while tailoring activities to each client’s interests.
Applicants need caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to travel within 25 miles. We offer competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and flexible full-time, part-time, and on-call schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old.
- 1 year of caregiving experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.

$100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr)
