Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking a Home Care Acquisition Manager to sign high-value home care agencies into our network. You will reach out to agencies, present a tailored value proposition, and manage the full sales cycle to close deals.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll meet weekly sales targets, document all activity in our CRM, and collaborate with Onboarding and Success teams to ensure smooth transitions for new agencies. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with outbound focus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong prospecting, closing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of home care agencies across markets.
• Explain APFM value and manage the full sales cycle.
• Sign on agencies that meet qualifications and regulatory requirements.
• Meet weekly targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Success, and Care Advisors.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly reports.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
