Job summary

Clayton is a leading home builder seeking team members for the Home Building Team. The role involves following production processes, working safely, and contributing to high-quality, efficient manufacturing in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include supporting planning with supervisors, maintaining clean work areas, and identifying shortages or maintenance needs to keep production on track. Training and growth opportunities are available within Clayton Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Teamwork focus and positive attitude as a team member.
• No past verbal disciplinary action for attendance.
• Achieved at least “High Performing” on the latest evaluation.
• No final written disciplinary actions in the last 6 months.
• Ability to learn from feedback and follow procedures.
• Ability to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while following OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that meet quality standards and productivity objectives.
• Protect company assets; keep areas clean and report maintenance needs.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities by communicating material shortages, tool maintenance needs, and quality/productivity issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
