Job summary

Clayton is seeking Production Team Members to support the home-building process. You will follow standard production methods, work in teams to meet quality and safety standards, and ensure timely output in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include following OSHA guidelines, assisting planning, and maintaining an organized workspace, with attendance requirements and flexible department placement as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to transfer into various departments as needed.
• Able to walk, climb and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to communicate clearly with team members.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is highly preferred.
• Able to stand or walk for 8 hours.
• Bending, squatting and stooping are required.
• Lift above shoulder level and reach to floor using proper technique.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Work in a team to produce products meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Protect company assets and keep the area clean and orderly.
• Assist planning and communicate material shortages and maintenance needs.
• Meet attendance requirements and be ready for start of shift.
