Clayton is seeking a production team member to support manufacturing operations in the home building process. The role emphasizes safe work practices, teamwork, and adherence to quality standards as we meet sales orders and building specifications.

Responsibilities include assisting with planning, maintaining a clean work area, and communicating potential material or quality issues. This is a full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities within Clayton Manufacturing.

Competenze

• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed.
• You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
• The ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is greatly desired.

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping your assigned area clean, and orderly.
• Assist your Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
• Meet all attendance requirements, available for start of shift at required time, following the attendance rules and regulations of the division.
