Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to their team, following standard production methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and compliant.

As a member of Clayton’s manufacturing workforce, you will work in a team environment to meet quality standards and productivity

Qualifications

• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50lbs.
• Must communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is greatly desired.

Responsabilités

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards and meet productivity goals.
• Serve as a good steward of company assets, protecting them from damage and keeping areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities and communicate shortages or maintenance needs.
• Meet all attendance requirements and be available for start of shift at the required time.
