Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Katy, TX is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions are available for the duration of patients' stays, working with interdisciplinary teams to implement integrated treatment plans.

Therapists will address speech, language, cognitive and swallowing needs with an evidence-based approach and a focus on durable functional outcomes in home

Qualifications

• Completion of Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders preferred. Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
