Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in The Woodlands, TX, seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered care in patients’ homes and communities. PRN positions are available to follow patients for the duration of their stay.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans in a functional home setting, addressing speech, language, cognitive needs, and dysphagia with evidence-based approaches for durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required with state licensure and ASHA CCC.
• Strong planning, organization, writing and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Deliver patient-centered, home-based therapy in patients' homes and communities.
