Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions are available to serve clients for the duration of their stay.

Our teams provide evaluation and treatment across speech, language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication, with an evidence-based approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Experience with neurological disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Deliver therapy in patients' homes as part of an interdisciplinary team.
