Job summary

Arbor Associates is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based speech, language, and swallowing services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three in a home-based Early Intervention program in Rhode Island.

You will work as part of a transdisciplinary team, conducting evaluations, developing IFSPs, and educating families while ensuring high-quality, family-centered services and thorough documentation in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Rhode Island.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with infants and toddlers, IFSPs, and family-centered services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy per IFSP and multidisciplinary team consensus.
• Deliver therapy, service coordination, and supports in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with professionals across disciplines and provide caregiver education.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per licensure, billing, and EI regulations.
• Maintain licensure and participate in continuing education and professional development.
