Overview

Early Intervention - Speech-Language Pathologist (Full Time) — Location: Woonsocket, RI

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention team serving infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) with delays in communication and feeding disorders. This role involves providing home-based services to support communication development in young children and coaching families through education and collaboration.

Scope of practice
  • Addressing articulation delays or disorders.
  • Encouraging vocabulary growth, sentence structure, and social communication.
  • Assisting children with difficulties in sucking, chewing, swallowing, or transitioning to solid foods.
  • Socio-pragmatic skills
  • Empowering caregivers with strategies to support communication and feeding during daily routines. Also, providing education on developmental milestones and how to encourage progress at home.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
