Job summary

Easterseals Central Texas seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide routines-based therapy to children birth to 36 months in their homes and communities. This home-based role requires reliable transportation and a family-centered approach with caregivers actively involved.

Texas licensure (TDLR) and ASHA CCC are required, bilingual Spanish preferred. You will collaborate with an ECI team, pursue continuing education, and support families in developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed in Texas (TDLR) and ASHA CCC.
• Two years' experience with children, preferably with special needs.
• Must have own transportation with valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide routines-based speech therapy to children birth to 36 months in home and community settings.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and quality assurance reviews.
• Maintain documentation and update HR records as required.
