Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Industrial, or similar).
• 5+ years of Project and/or Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading capital projects, including cost estimating and schedule management.
• Experience with GMP and food/pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and facility capital projects from concept through start-up and closeout.
• Manage projects technically, financially, and with manpower in alignment with standards.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and execution plans.
• Justify, implement, and close capital projects up to $5MM+.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors for delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders clearly and effectively.
