Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Industrial, or similar).
• 7+ years of Project and/or Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (aseptic preferred).
• 7+ years leading capital projects with cost estimating and scheduling.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to increase capacity/efficiency.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and food/beverage/pharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and facility capital projects from concept through start-up and closeout.
• Manage projects from technical, financial, and manpower perspectives per standards.
• Develop scopes, estimates, schedules, and execution plans for projects.
• Justify, implement, and close capital projects up to $5MM+.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and verification.
• Ensure sanitary design, safety, and GMP compliance across projects.
