Job summary

You will lead the site masterplan, oversee capital projects, manage the maintenance team, and ensure safe, compliant operation of production equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant area is preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance and leading teams is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office supports daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering masterplan for the site and execute capital projects up to $100,000.
• Own end-to-end capital execution: scope, budget, schedule, risk management.
• Coach and lead the maintenance department and ensure safety compliance.
