Job summary

As part of our interdisciplinary care team, you’ll work closely with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, with mentorship and a clear path to career growth. The role emphasizes hands-on care, patient relationships, and flexible scheduling in CT communities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in state of practice or eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans with supervising PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Document visits accurately in the EMR system.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources.
