Job summary

Home&Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Billings, MT. You will provide one-on-one rehabilitative care to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Home Health experience is a plus.
• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients in their homes and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve strength, range of motion, and function.
• Document patient status, progress, and interventions accurately.
• Supervise and evaluate OT assistants and home health aides.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Train staff and family on retraining programs and daily tasks.
