Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a licensed or eligible Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home-health team in South Carolina and neighboring regions. You will support licensed therapists by implementing treatment plans during home visits, guiding patients through exercises, and documenting progress.

Two schedules are available, and the role is salary-based with potential for a monthly bonus. Join a care-focused, multidisciplinary team committed to helping patients recover and stay active

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PTA in the practice state.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises with patients and educate on techniques.
• Document patient progress and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patients during sessions and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment and sanitize equipment.
