Sobe Innovative Rehab in Palm City, FL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hospice therapy in patients' homes. This PRN role offers flexible assignments, clinical autonomy, and competitive compensation while you manage your own schedule.

You will evaluate residents, develop plans, collaborate with physicians and families, and document in an EMR. Florida PT license required; new grads welcome; hospices/home care experience preferred.

Qualifications
