Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient services in-home for older adults across PA. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the rehab team to optimize outcomes.

Posted salary ranges from $44 to $62 per hour, with full-time benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, mentorship, CEUs, and relocation/visa sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• May hold a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years PT experience.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Foreign PT degree may require evaluation for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PT Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as needed.
• Adhere to patient treatment schedules and complete clinical/billing documentation.
• Attend care conferences and contribute to team meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to patient needs and progress.
• Promote safety and maintain equipment and supplies as required.
