Job summary

Hudson In Home Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care in the Bronx, NY. Qualifications

• Active NYS license and registration
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner
• Ability to treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, providing creative and individualized treatment sessions
• Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations
• Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative
• Document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner
• Treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor
