Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to support clients in South West Houston/Westbury in a home-based setting. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, design and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for children.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license.
• 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties (e.g., VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Complete required patient visits weekly as needed by the agency.
• Maintain timely chart updates, progress notes, and logs.
