Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to serve families in Hutto, Texas and surrounding areas on a PRN basis. The role involves evaluating children, developing and implementing therapy plans, and coordinating care across providers in a home-based setting.

You will conduct home visits, develop caregiver-directed exercises, and ensure timely documentation and compliance with all agency policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
• 3+ years as a pediatric SLP preferred.
• Experience in pediatric therapy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Willingness to travel for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers within the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet weekly minimum patient visit requirements.
• Complete chart updates, progress notes and logs on time.
• Attend agency meetings to align on standards and expectations.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics and applicable laws.
