Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Reliability and flexibility to adapt to caseload needs.
• Experience in pediatric home-health settings and feeding therapy potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers and coordinate care across disciplines.
• Complete patient charts, logs and progress summaries on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and federal/state regulations.
