Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN after-school caseload in Lubbock, TX. The role focuses on home-based pediatric therapy across speech, occupational, and physical disciplines, offering flexible scheduling and a mission-driven team.

Requirements include Texas OT licensure, 3+ years in pediatrics, home-health experience, and the ability to collaborate with caregivers and medical providers to support each child’s growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• 3+ years as a pediatric OT.
• Experience in home-health setting and with feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care across providers and complete weekly patient visits as required.
