Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license or eligible to practice in Texas.
• 3+ years of pediatric occupational therapy experience.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Certifications in feeding therapy or related clinical specialties are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines to support the patient.
• Complete patient documentation, chart updates, and progress summaries timely.
• Meet agency expectations and adhere to policies and regulations for home-health OT.
