Personal Touch Home Care is expanding our Special Needs Program and seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality care in the home. This fee-for-service, 1099 contract position offers flexible daytime and after-school/evening cases across assigned areas.

Each visit pays $75–$100, with a supportive leadership team and opportunities to work with pediatric, adult, and special needs populations. A valid NY OT license is required to be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed OT in NY state.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in home health or geriatric care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients in their homes to determine rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor progress.
• Document patient status and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy methods.
