Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care, LLC in New York is seeking a full-time pediatric Occupational Therapist for home-based cases. You will assess the child’s physical, cognitive and functional skills and implement therapy plans.

We offer a starting salary of $125,000.00 plus a benefits package (medical and dental insurance, 401k after 3 months, 27 PTO days, 10 paid holidays). FFS sessions available and optional weekend caseload.

Qualifications

• New York OT license required.
• Experience in pediatric/home-based settings is a plus.
• Ability to assess patient environments and adapt interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.
• Provide guidance and support to family members and carers.
• Assess the home, school and work environments of the patient.
• Help children participate in daily activities based on their circumstances.
• Assist patients’ exercises for pain relief.
