Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing urgent care family and serve Charleston-area patients in their homes. You will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to homebound patients in a dynamic team environment.

The role is full-time with a guaranteed monthly bonus and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Service areas include Downtown Charleston, West Ashley, Cross/St.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred or required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering care.
• Perform home visit duties within designated service area.
• Support patients recovering from injuries or illnesses.
