The position is full-time, salary-based with opportunities for professional development. You will coordinate care across facilities, clinics, and in-home visits within a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering care.
• Conduct home visits to patients in designated service area.
• Support patients recovering from injuries or illnesses in their homes.
