Job summary

Your Health Organization in South Carolina is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support licensed therapists and deliver care to homebound patients in Greenwood and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), a salary-based compensation package with bonus opportunities, and benefits including retirement matching and health insurance.

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous home health or similar setting experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering care to patients.
• Perform visits in patients' homes within designated service areas.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Greenwood and surrounding patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

This is a full-time, salary-based position working Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
