Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to homebound patients in the Beaufort, SC region. Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous home health experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering therapeutic services.
• Complete home visits for patients within designated service area.
• Support care in homes, clinics, facilities, and virtual visits as needed.
