Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing urgent care family in the Aiken area. You will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to homebound patients, with visits completed in patients' homes across the designated service area.

The role is full-time, salary-based, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, serving Aiken, Monetta, Ridge Spring and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous home health or similar setting experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.
• Complete visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.
• Support homebound patients recovering from injuries or illnesses.
