Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in an assisted living community in Boca Raton, FL. The OT will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to maintain independence and quality of life.

This is a PRN role with flexible assignments, offering clinical autonomy, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to impact older adults’ daily living in a single convenient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community and or Home visits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
