Job summary

Ennoble Care in Oklahoma City seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary and palliative care to homebound patients on a full-time basis. You will work under physician supervision to assess, diagnose, and manage chronic conditions in a mobile care model.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem solve and operate independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Oklahoma City.
• Assess health through exams, histories, and plan care accordingly.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a defined panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients and families to foster trust during visits.
• Order diagnostics as needed and prescribe medications and interventions.
