Ennoble Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and hospice/palliative care to homebound patients in the Charleston, SC area on a part-time basis. You will work under physician supervision and care for patients with chronic diseases in their homes.

The role requires board certification in NC/SC, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently with a flexible, patient-centered approach. Part-time scheduling and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP licensed to practice in SC.
• Ability to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients.
