Job summary

Ennoble Care in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients. You will apply medical techniques and develop care plans under physician supervision, serving a diverse patient population with chronic diseases.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP certification in North Carolina.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Raleigh, NC.
• Perform physical examinations, update medical histories, and create care plans.
• Prescribe medications and medically necessary interventions as needed.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and collaborate with the clinical team.
