Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Augusta, Georgia area on a full‑time basis. You will provide care under physician supervision, serving diverse patients with chronic conditions in a home setting.

You’ll assess patients, develop plans, and communicate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. A Georgia NP/PA license and 1–2 years of primary care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP/PA with Georgia license.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and treat.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in Augusta, GA (home visits).
• Assess health through exams, histories, and developing care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff across platforms.
