Job summary

Ennoble Care LLC provides mobile primary care, palliative, and hospice services with home visits for patients across several states. The Philadelphia region requires an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under physician supervision in a full-time role.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a compensation range of $125,000–$140,000+ per year, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, paid

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of PA.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Philadelphia, PA.
• Assess health by performing physical exams and updating medical histories to create care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
