Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in Beaumont, CA and surrounding areas. The role involves home visits, treating a range of neuro and complex orthopedic conditions in patients’ own homes and communities.

The interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans; therapists use an evidence-based approach to achieve durable functional outcomes. PRN positions are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
