Job summary

All Seniors Foundation is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide in-home clinical support to seniors in Los Angeles. In this role, you will conduct assessments and deliver therapy, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to address mental health concerns. Required qualifications include a current CA LCSW license, an MSW, and clinical experience, preferably with the geriatric population. Qualifications

• Current CA LCSW license or eligible within 90 days.
• 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Comfortable with home-based and telehealth visit models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for seniors.
• Provide individual psychotherapy (CBT, supportive, problem-solving).
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals on integrated care plans.
