Job summary

OPC Pest Services is seeking a diligent Utility Technician to install attic remediation, crawl space encapsulation, and gutter protection systems, protecting homes from pests and moisture. You will work with a team across varied environments and complete precise service documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 1 year general carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment.

Responsibilities

• Install attic remediation systems, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and other home service products.
• Help restore and protect homes from pest damage and head off future issues.
• Complete service-related documentation accurately.
• Work in a variety of environments, including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and exterior spaces.
• Safely operate company vehicles, including larger-capacity box trucks.
• Deliver quality workmanship that homeowners can trust.
• Play an important role in helping your team exceed customer expectations.
