Qualifications

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care is preferred.
• Nurse Practitioners should focus on patient care, not volume.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday - Friday.
• Take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Skills

Geriatric training/experience

Active CPR/BLS Certification

Good driving record

Education

Licensed as a NP in the State

Board Certification
